Hi, I’m Thomas — a 24-year-old hospitality enthusiast originally from the Netherlands and now proudly based in Lisbon.

My passion for hosting comes from real, hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve traveled across Europe, staying in a wide range of accommodations — from cozy Alpine chalets in Austria to urban Airbnbs in Lisbon, Porto, and Berlin. I’ve also worked as a chalet host in the Austrian Alps, where I learned firsthand what it takes to deliver warm, consistent, guest-first service. These stays shaped my understanding of what makes a space feel like a true home-away-from-home. I’ve seen how much impact thoughtful hosting can have on a guest’s experience — and how often small details are overlooked.

Those travels sparked something deeper. They inspired me to take what I’d learned as a guest and as host and channel it into something more purposeful — helping other property owners provide the kind of memorable stays I’d appreciated so much myself.

Now living in Lisbon full-time, I bring both my Northern European efficiency and a deep love for the city’s charm into everything I do. When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking through Lisbon’s quiet backstreets, refining my process, or planning my next trip back to the mountains that started it all.
